The apparel customization process begins after the store has closed, typically taking 2-3 weeks to complete. Depending on busier Seasons, Spring and Fall, please allow 3-4 weeks for completion.

If ordering for a Player, please put their name in the Player name section while checking out.

Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore all sales are final. Unfortunately we do not take returns or do exchanges.

Completion: Orders will be complete after the store CLOSES.

Distribution: Orders will be delivered to the team and/or group OR you will receive an email regarding pick up dates/times/location.

Sizing: We have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar or issue a refund. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@iamgearedup.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
